At the apex of the organisation is the General Meeting of all registered members. The general meeting elects members to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for drawing strategies, programmes and policies necessary for the smooth running of the organization. The Board appoints the members of the Secretariat who are supposed to implement activities on full-time basis.
